NZPM is committed to meeting viable standards of environmental practices and we operate under the seven core
principles of a co-operative known as the Rochdale Principles. Concern for the Community is a principle that aligns to
our ongoing focus of sustainability. NZPM is working on a number of new and existing initiatives to ensure we create
value for all our stakeholders by driving more responsible practices and resource efficiency into our co-operative.

This proved very effective so we will continue to make use of this cost effective communications platform to
reduce travel costs and carbon dioxide emissions. There is a high cost to driving or flying for face-to-face
