CONFIDENCE IN COMPLIANCE





          Showers

          •  The minimum size for a shower unit and drying space is showering: 800-1000mm by 1200mm minimum,
           with a minimum distance of 450mm from the shower control to the wall return plus drying: 1800 x 1800mm.
          • The floor slopes evenly to floor drain without a lip, step or abrupt change in level.
          •  Shower must be able to be hand-held and be attached to allow it to move to different angles and heights between
           1000-1900mm above floor.
          •  Shower must have a 30-40mm OD grab rail.

          •  A self-draining, slip resistant seat (800 x 450mm minimum) must be provided inside the shower cubicle at a height
           between 450-550mm above the floor. This must be able to be folded away.

          • A clothes hanging device shall be fitted between 1200-1350mm above finished floor in drying space.

                  Slide shower that provides adjustability between 1000mm – 1900mm above floor
